Use staging for development, test users, wallets, payout testing, and non-production payment flows.

Simulated virtual accounts

On staging, NGN and USD virtual accounts are not created with real banking providers:
  • NGN accounts are returned instantly with dummy account details.
  • USD accounts return pending and under review, then are approved about 3 seconds later with dummy bank details.
  • A reference containing reject simulates a rejection.
